• Vanilla makes deliveries to Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna, Burgas, Ruse and every other destination in Bulgaria. We guarantee deliveries if we have full address and telephone of receiver. In case that the address is not full or incorrect, we contact the recepient by phone to arrange delivery. In case the recipient is not at the address at time of delivery, we may leave the flowers at a neighbour or a colleague to be handed later. Vanilla is not responsible for orders with an incomplete address, wrong phone number and other circumstances not allowing the delivery to take place.

• Deliveries in Bulgaria are made every working day between 9 am and 6 pm, and on Suturday between 10 am and 1 pm. For some small villages we can deliver only on certain days of the week, so please check in advance.

• Specially for Varna we can make deliveries in non working time under special circumstances upon request from our clients

• Deliveries in Bulgaria in non working time, on Sundays or during national holidays can be made only after advance notice and agreement from our side

• Vanilla makes express same day deliveries in bigger towns in Bulgaria and abroad if the order is made and paid before 3 pm local time, or before 11 am local time for abroad

• Vanilla makes next day deliveries for all smaller destinations in Bulgaria and abroad

• Shipping cost for next day deliveries to any destination in Bulgaria is 15 BGN ор 20 BGN for Saturdays and Mondays), which is added to the price of the bouquet, flower basket, arrangement or gift selected

• Shipping cost for express same day deliveries is 25 BGN or 30/40/50 BGN for some remote destinations). The shipping cost is authomatically added to the price of the product after selecting a particular destination and delivery date in the delivery form

• In high season periods such as Saint Valentine and mother's day (8 th of March for Bulgaria), we strongly recommend that your make your orders well in advance, so that we can guarantee timely deliveries

• Deliveris in Varna are made with own couriers and for other destinations in Bulgaria we use courier services or local representatives

• If sent with a courier, flowers are placed in special boxes with water, guaranteeing their freshness at the time of delivery

• Bouquets ordered for abroad are made and delivered by our local partners in the specific country

• Vanilla makes all efforts to deliver the bouquets, arrangements and flower baskets as they look on the pictures in our catalogue, but on occasions due to seasonal and availability factors, we may substitude a particular flower, a pot or a product with one at same or higher value, by keeping the overall vision of the bouquet, arrangement, flower basket or product as much as possible similar to the chosen one.
